SEM srl is a company settled in Termoli, Italy, charming and tourist town on the Adriatic coast, in a strategic position to the main road junctions of the Adriatic coast, to the nearby motorway exit of the A14, to the airports of the cities of Pescara and Bari and to the port of Termoli and to the main Italian ports for shipments by sea.
SEM, with a worldwide commercial network and actually producer for a primary worldwide HVAC company, is specialized in designing and production of air handling units for comfort, hygienic and customizable applications and systems for Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning applications, able to provide professional and qualified design and support, high quality and defect free products, punctual service after sales.
The presence in the market, the experience accumulated, the focus to customizable solution and the continuous research and technical development make SEM a top player in the world as HAVC solution provider.
The actual production area is of 4.000 square meter, over a land of around 15.000 square meter, with 150 square meter for offices and 300 square meter for parts warehouse.
Workers and employers are around sixty.

Our Mission is to provide top quality and innovative solutions in cooling and heating applications, facilitating design and management, having the purpose to create comfortable environments and optimize energy consumption.
Designing
Thanks to high focus to research and development, to the use of software with 3D technology and EFM, to high qualified and specialized technicians, SEM is fully involved in product design phase.
The design is fully customized based on client specifications, assuring high flexibility and respect of customer requirements.
Production
On a production area of 4.000 sqm over a land of around 15.000 sqm, SEM production is moving around several production lines, depending on the product and the complexity and standardization of it.
Production lines are provided with last generation machines for metal works, injection and assembly.
High level software are used in all CAD-CAM application, focusing on flexibility, waste reduction and efficiency.
A strict Quality Policy is implemented at all the steps, by clear and advanced procedures and checks, warranting a defect free product, in addition to FMEA and 5S methods.
A safe and comfortable production environment is a primary point in SEM policy.
Testing
All SEM products are tested according to standard quality procedures during and at the end of their production cycle. Factory performance tests are also available.
Development
The desire to follow the ongoing technological developments and to conform to them, puts SEM among the best companies able to be introduced into worldwide markets for quality, flexibility and support.

From 1996, all product by SEM are in conformity to the standard 89/392 CEE, CE mark and following revisions.
In the year 2002, SEM obtained the EN-ISO 9001:2000 certification that is actually valid in conformity to the further update of the standard.
All the Air Handling Units ranges are actually certified Eurovent in accordance to the standards EN1882 and EN13053.
Since 2014, All the Air Handling Units ranges are certified in conformity to hygienic requirements in conformity to VDI 6022 and DIN 1946.
